You may return an item within 30 days from the date of purchase if it meets the following conditions:

- The item is not a final sale, customized, or perishable product.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Custom-built or personalized products.
- Gift cards and digital downloads.
- Any product marked as “final sale.”

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Partial Refunds: We may issue partial refunds in cases where the returned item shows signs of wear, damage, or missing parts.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for another size, color, or model, please follow the return process above and make a new purchase for the desired item. Exchanges are processed as returns and new purchases.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
